Bring your pet at the scheduled time. We do a quick check-in: coat condition, matting, notes about skin, behavior, or sensitivities.
We confirm the service and give you an estimated pickup time.

We’ll text/call when your pet is ready. You’ll get a quick summary of what was done + simple coat-care tips.

Size is only one factor in pricing. Coat type and condition, haircut length, grooming time, and behavior all affect the level of work required. As a result, dogs of the same size may be priced differently.
